Christian Science Reading Room

What is a Christian Science Reading Room?

A Christian Science Reading Room is a place of peace and exploration.

There are volumes of historical testimonies of healings from around the world along with many books that speak of the founder, Mary Baker Eddy and the Christian Science movement.

A place where you can watch lectures and talk to a reading room librarian (clerk), who will be able to answer your questions.

The Reading Room is part of every Christian Science church’s outreach to the community. The warmth of the Reading Room is a place to commune with God’s word as there are Bibles and many resources focused on the Bible’s message from commentaries, Christian reference materials to an array of concordances.

Mrs. Eddy’s textbook, Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures is available in hardback and paperback to purchase along with other Christian Science literature. This includes the Christian Science Monitor, the Sentinel, The Christian Science Hymnal and the Christian Science Journal.

There is a lending library to check out books, tapes, and pamphlets.
